Creamy and Health Chocolate Pudding

The secret to this delicious recipe are the avocados! They make it creamy, smooth and decadent- while providing healthy fats. Your kids will eat it, your spouse will eat it, but hey, if you want it all to yourself, go for it! It’s guilt-free and delicious! Not to mention, heart healthy!

You will need the following ingredients:

2 ripe avocados

1/4 c cocoa powder

1/4 c milk (plant-based if you want to try the vegan version)

1/4 c maple syrup, honey or four pitted dates

1 tsp vanilla

Toppings of choice

Instructions:

  1. Slice your avocado in half around the pit. Use a knife to firmly hit the pit, then twist to remove it. Use a large spoon to scoop out the avocado pulp into a blender. (I love using a Vitamix! They are powerful, easy to clean and last years!)
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Double the recipe of you’re sharing. 😏
  3. If it’s too creamy, add more milk. You can adjust sweetness and chocolate to taste.

Voila! That’s it! Enjoy your creamy, chocolaty dessert with clear conscience!
